(Oral) Learned State counsel, on instructions from Sh. Sumit Khokkr, A.D.A., HQ, Prisons submits that in case the petitioner files a fresh application the same shall be considered in accordance with law. Faced with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant petition be disposed of in terms of the statement made on behalf of the State of Haryana.

It is hence directed that in case the petitioner files a fresh application, the same shall be considered in accordance with law expeditiously by the concerned authority, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of such application.

Needless to say that the fresh order passed by the concerned authority shall not be influenced by the order dated 11.12.2023 earlier passed by the said authority.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
