Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondents No. 2 to 4 to investigate the complaint dated 29.03.2019, filed against respondent No.5 and take appropriate action against him.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that for the redressal of his grievance, petitioner has made complaint/representation dated 28.04.2019 (Annexure P2) to the C.M. Window, but still the same remained unattended.
