RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.27 dated 26.04.2016 registered under Sections 406, 420, 120-B IPC and Section 24 of the Immigration Act, 1983 at Police Station Bilga, Jalandhar Rural.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 11.10.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
