3. Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? AJAY TEWARI, J. (Oral) This is an application for regular bail in case bearing FIR No.175 dated 21.11.2012 registered under Sections 379/407 IPC and Section 7(1) (a) (ii) read with Section 3 (2) (d) of EC Act at Police Station Lalru.

On 04.12.2015 the following contention was noticed :- "Counsel for the petitioner has argued that the petitioner was on bail but could not attend the Court on 16.08.2015 because he met with an accident. Thereafter, he was arrested and has now been in custody for about 100 days."
