H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner has since joined the investigation and has furnished an affidavit that the petitioner does not hold any passport.

Learned state counsel, on instructions from ASI Gurdeep Singh, concede these facts, further stating that since the petitioner has joined the investigation and no recovery is to be effected from her, therefore, she is not required by the local police for further investigation.
