(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner argues that even it is assumed for the sake of arguments that there was no master and servant relationship between the petitioner and respondent No. 2-Department, but the claim of the petitioner that the termination of his services was bad at the hands of the contractor, who is also a party in the present petition as respondent No. 3, has not been disputed, hence, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further, at this stage with liberty to the petitioner to approach the labour court to decide his claim against the contractorrespondent No.3 for the relief as being claimed in the present petition. Ordered accordingly.

Pending civil miscellaneous application, if any, stands disposed of.
