H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking indulgence of this Court for taking action against private respondents and for protection of life and liberty of the petitioners at the instance of such respondents.

The petition is disposed of with a direction to Senior Superintendent Police, Chandigarh - respondent No.2, to look into the grievances of the petitioners as detailed in Annexure P-3 and then to take necessary action in the matter, if so warranted by the the circumstances, within two months from the date of receipt of copy of order in his office.
