**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J(ORAL) The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 435 dated 28.6.2016 registered at Police Station Model Town, District Panipat under Sections 306, 34 IPC.
Petitioner is in custody since 30.6.2016. Charge has been framed and the incident had taken place after 16 years of the marriage. The girl had gone to her parents house and had returned on 27.6.2016. The husband was not in the house.
The fact shows that the deceased had completed her education and had done her B.Ed. course during her marriage. The deceased had consumed sulphas. No suicide note was left. The trial will take time. Without commenting anything on the merits of the case and considering the fact that the trial will take time to conclude, the petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing Gurpreet Singh Bhatia 2016.12.03 16:07 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document High Court Chandigarh
