The petitioner herein is a tenant. He assails the correctness of the order passed by the Appellate Authority while assessing the amount of mesne profits for use and occupation of the premises. The petitioner has been ordered to be evicted by the Rent Controller against which the appeal is pending.

The learned counsel representing the petitioner contends that the petitioner is no longer in possession of the tenanted premises since October, 2019. If that be so, let him file an application before the Appellate Authority, in this regard.

With the observations made above, the present revision petition is disposed of.
