(Oral) Petitioner No. 3-Lal Singh @ Satinderbir Singh could not appear before the trial court to make statement in respect of compromise. Hence the present petition qua him is dismissed. Report dated 3.9.2016 of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gurdaspur has been received after recording statements of accused Surinder Singh @ Surinder Pal Singh, Balwinder Singh, Ranjit Singh, Narinder Singh @ Narinderpal Singh, Paramjit Singh and Jagir Singh as well as complainant/injured Puran Singh, Mehtab Singh and Chanpreet Singh and the learned court has shown its satisfaction that the compromise is an outcome of voluntariness, free will and without any coercion or undue pressure. In the light of the satisfaction shown by the Dalbir Singh Tiwana 2016.09.14 11:41 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh.

Criminal Misc. No. M-40487 of 2015 -2Court and in view of the fact that compromise will go a long way in resolving the personal dispute and to bring about personal harmony being residents of same village and more-so the offences for which the accused have been booked are not of very serious nature and in view of the law laid down in Gian Singh vs State of Punjab and another, 2012 (4) RCR (Criminal) 543 and Kulwinder Singh and others vs State of Punjab and another, 2007(3) RCR (Criminal) 1052 and in view of which the prayer made in the petition is allowed, proceedings by way of FIR No. 81 dated 8.7.2014 registered at Police Station Sadar Gurdaspur, District Gurdaspur under sections 295,324,323,506,148,149 IPC and all consequences arising thereof are quashed, qua the present petitioners, except petitioner no. 3-Lal Singh @ Satinderbir Singh.

The petition stands allowed in those terms.
