RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) The petitioner has filed the present revision petition impugning the order dated 08.09.2021 passed by learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Faridbad, in the Execution petitions. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the petition be disposed of with a direction to the Executing Court to expedite the proceedings.

In view of the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the record, the present petition is disposed of with a request to learned Executing Court to expedite the execution proceedings and conclude the same at the earliest.
