RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for issuance of direction to the respondents to incorporate the name of the petitioner in the column of ownership in the revenue record as per the provisions of the Haryana Dholidar, Butimar, Bhondedar and Muqararidar (Vesting of Proprietary Rights) Act 2010.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if its Legal Notice, dated 12.03.2024, Annexure P-12 already given to respondents No.2 and 3 is decided in a time bound manner. Notice of motion to official respondents only at this stage. On the asking of the Court, Ms.Upasana Dhawan, AAG, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State.

After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and going MEENU 2024.05.01 14:03 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
