Petitioner has been summoned in a complaint under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1991. He has challenged the complaint (Annexure P-1) as well as summoning order dated 31.10.2014 (Annexure P-2) passed by learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Karnal as well as order dated 19.10.2015 (Annexure P-6) declaring him proclaimed person. It is submitted that pursuant to the interim directions passed by this Court, petitioner surrendered himself before the trial Court and has been granted bail. It is further submitted that petitioner is ready and willing to face the trial and also want to avail the remedy by way of revision.

In view of the above, the order dated 23.12.2015 granting interim bail granted is made absolute.

The petition stands disposed of.
