(483 of BNSS, 2023), for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, who has been booked for having committed the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of IPC [316(2), 318(4), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 61(2), 3(5) of BNS, 2023], in FIR No.296, dated 02.05.2022, registered at Police Station Sector 32-33, District Karnal. 2.
