**** SANJAY VASHISTH , J. (Oral) There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Baldev Singh, submits that after getting the detenue released, police has already registered FIR No. 59, dated 23.05.2002, under Sections 346, 498, 506 & 120-B of IPC, registered at Police Station Julkan, District Patiala. In view of statement of learned State counsel, no substance is left in the present petition, and accordingly, same stands disposed of, as having become infructuous.
