(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner in case FIR No.39 dated 03.09.2018 registered under Sections 365, 341, 506, 148, 149, 120-B IPC and Section 25/27 of the Arms Act at Police Station Arif Ke, District Ferozepur.

On instructions from investigating officer, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 20.09.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
