SUMEET GOEL, J.(Oral) Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 (Section 439 Cr.P.C.) for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No.723 dated 22.08.2023, under Sections 379 and 420 of IPC, 1860 [Sections 303(2) and 318(4) of BNS] [Section 379 IPC (Section 303(2) of BNS has been deleted later-on], registered at Police Station Barwala, District Hisar.
