RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondent No.3 to decide the complaint (Annexure P-1) filed by the petitioner dated 09.02.2023 in a time bound manner in pursuance to the remand order made by respondent No.2 in Executive Appeal bearing No.108 of 2023 (Annexure P-3), dated 09.11.2023 in view of the facts and circumstances of the present case. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that case is pending before respondent No.3 from the last five months and there is no progress in the same.

Notice of motion to official respondents only at this stage. On asking of the Court, Ms.Upasana Dhawan, AAG, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of respondents/State and submits, on instructions from Jeetender Kumar, DDPO, Sonipat, that case is fixed before respondent No.3 on 10.06.2024 and the same would be decided MEENU 2024.04.30 09:57 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

In view of the above statement made by learned State counsel, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to hear the matter on the date fixed, i.e. 10.06.2024 and decide the same expeditiously in accordance with law preferably within one month from that date.
