(ORAL) This is a petition that has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 75 dated 28.08.2016 under Sections 304B & 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Ramdas, District Amritsar Rural.

It is contended that the petitioner herein is the mother-in-law of the deceased Sandeep Kaur who died on 28.08.2016. On her death the aforementioned FIR was registered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that pursuant to the order dated 15.12.2016 the petitioner has joined the investigation. In fact , the matter has been enquired into by DSP (Investigation) in which the petitioner has been found innocent. This report stands confirmed by the Senior Superintendent of Police, Amritsar himself on 07.09.2017. Heard.
