(Oral) This is the third petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 176, dated 08.08.2019, under Sections 366-A, 376 IPC of 1860 and Section 4 of the POCSO Act, 2012, registered at Police Station Samrala, District Khanna, Ludhiana. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has failed to satisfy this Court qua any material change in circumstances, which would warrant entertaining the instant petition.

Petition stands dismissed.

However, a request has been made by learned counsel for the petitioner that since the petitioner has been in custody since August, 2019 and only 02 out of the 14 prosecution witnesses cited, have been examined till now, a direction be issued to the trial Court concerned to expedite the JAWALA RAM 2021.07.09 15:23 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
