The petitioner has approached this Court by filing the present writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned transfer order dated 27.03.2026 (Annexure P-2) and also for staying the same. Further praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the official respondents to initiate appropriate criminal as well as departmental proceedings against respondent No.6 for forging the signatures of the petitioner and procuring a fraudulent mutual transfer. 2.
