ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Counsel for the petitioner has placed on record the order dated 17.11.2022 passed in CWP No.29699 of 2019 qua which the present contempt petition has been filed for violating the interim direction.

As per the order, counsel for the petitioners have stated that the petitioner has already been re-engaged and is continuing as an extension lecturer and therefore, no further order is required to be passed.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
