Learned counsel for the petitioner very fairly submits that in the present petition, the challenge is to the order dated 01.01.2019 (Annexure P3) vide which, the petitioner was compulsorily retired from service w.e.f. 03.05.2019 on the ground that the representation filed by the petitioner against adverse marks recorded in his ACR for the year 2009-10 and 201012 according to which, the integrity of the petitioner was doubted, is pending, but as of now, the said representation has been dismissed by the respondents-department, hence, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further.
