This petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of Constitution of India read with Section 528 of BNSS (under Section 482 Cr.P.C) praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus to direct the police officials to decide the representation dated 16.09.2025 (Annexure P-6) made by the petitioner and received by the complaint branch of the office of the Commissioner of Police, Faridabad on 16.09.2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has preferred a representation dated 16.09.2025 (Annexure P-6) to respondent No.2- Commissioner of Police, Faridabad, Haryana but no action has been taken so far. Learned counsel submits that he would be satisfied if directions are issued to respondent No.2- Commissioner of RENU RAWAT 2026.04.09 18.45 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited prayer made by the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2- Commissioner of Police, Faridabad, Haryana to consider and decide the representation dated 16.09.2025 of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and pass an appropriate order.
