, -./ The present petition has been filed seeking quashing of the orders dated 24.05.2024 and 15.05.2023 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Palwal, in case No. SC/332/2019 in FIR No. 657 dated 21.08.2017 under Sections 148/149/307/323/506 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act at Police Station Sadar Palwal, District Palwal. After arguing the matter at some length, Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner does not press the instant petition at this stage. He contends that he shall surrender before the trial Court within a period of one week from today and that his petition for regular bail may be decided expeditiously.
