**** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Petitioner by way of present petition is seeking quashing of FIR No.59 dated 07.05.2003 (Annexure P-1), registered under Sections 406 and 498-A IPC at Police Station Goraya, District Jalandhar and order dated 05.02.2005 (Annexure P-2), vide which the proceedings for proclaimed offender were initiated against him.

On 14.03.2012, the case was adjourned at the request of learned counsel for the petitioner to enable him to place on record an additional affidavit of the petitioner as well as other documents, if any. Thereafter, learned counsel the petitioner repeatedly sought time to comply with the above-said order.

Today again, neither anybody is appearing on behalf of the petitioner nor the previous order dated 14.03.2012 has been complied with. Therefore, the present petition is hereby dismissed for non-prosecution.
