CRM No.4344 of 2017 has been filed for preponement of the main case and allowing the petitioner to withdraw the same with liberty to file afresh with better particulars.

Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection to the same. Consequently, the main petition is taken up for hearing with the consent of the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to an inadvertent mistake certain errors have crept into this petition which he seeks to correct. For the said reason, it is submitted that the petitioners be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file afresh seeking quashing of FIR No.415 Omkar Singh 2017.02.28 11:32 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

CRM No.M-41477 of 2016(O&M) [2] dated 23.12.2014 under Sections 498A/323/506/34/377/342 IPC registered at Police Station City Gohana, District Sonepat. There is no objection on behalf of the respondents to the withdrawal of the main petition as well.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. CRM No.4344 of 2017 as well as the main petition are accordingly disposed of.
