In the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for issuance of a direction to respondent No. 2(A)-Senior Superintendent of Police, SAS Nagar, Mohali, to take appropriate legal action against respondents No. 4 to 9, who are threatening the petitioner and his family members and forcibly entered into the land of the petitioner and also harvested his standing paddy crop in connivance with respondent No. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that even after decretal of the civil suit in favour of the petitioner, the private respondents are time and again interfering into his possession of the land in question, in connivance with respondents No. 3 and 4. He further contends that the purpose of the instant petition would be achieved, if respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Mansa, is directed to decide the representation dated 10.10.2017 (Annexure P-7), moved by the petitioner.
