Both sides have filed complaints against each other. The Assistant Inspector General of Police, NRI, Amritsar has duly investigated the counter claims and made his recommendations as per his report dated 6.10.2015(P-24).

At the time of hearing learned counsel realising that petition is premature, prays for permission to withdraw the petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
