CRM-M-21466-2023 Ravi (petitioner) has filed this petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking regular bail in case FIR No.72 dated 18.05.2021, registered under Section 20 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances, 1985, Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 and Sections 395, 427, 216 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Satnali, District Mahendergarh. 2.
