(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of F.I.R No. 228 dated 13.07.2016 under Sections 498-A/304-B/120-B IPC and under Sections 306/34 (substituted lateron), registered at Police Station Pinjore, District Panchkula. Learned State counsel on instruction from Investigation Officer has informed the Court that the petitioner had joined the investigation on 24.11.2016 and is no longer required for further interrogation. Challan has also been presented in the present case.

In view of the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 21.11.2016 passed by this Court whereby the ad-interim anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner is made absolute. The petitioner shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions as envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
