(Oral) Quashing of impugned order dated 17.11.2015 passed by SDJM, Phul is being sought whereby the petitioner has been ordered to be kept in custody for one month.

This Court vide order dated 21.12.2015 has referred the matter to Mediation Centre of Addl. Chief Judl. Magistrate, Rampura Phool and as per report (Annexure R), the parties have compromised the matter and withdrawn their cases under Section 125 and 127 Cr.P.C. Further a petition under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act has been filed. In view of the above position, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition.

The petition stands disposed of.
