The challenge in the present revision petition is to the dismissal of the application filed by the plaintiff-petitioner under Order 6 Rule 17 read with Order 1 Rule 10 and Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. As per the E-Court Official Website of the District Courts, Fazilka, the main suit of the plaintiff-petitioner stands decreed vide judgment and decree dated 17.10.2025.

None had put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner on 08.08.2024 and even on the last date of hearing i.e. 15.05.2025. Today also none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. 3.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present petition for non-prosecution. 4.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
