The petitioner has admittedly filed a complaint against her husband and in-laws detailing various atrocities leading to registration of FIR no.125 dated 5.8.2015 under Sections 406,498-A, 376,377,313,34 IPC, PS Radaur,Distt.Yamuna Nagar. It is conceded that husband of the petitioner was arrested and is in custody.

Prayer of the petitioner is for issuing a direction for handing over the investigation to some senior officer as the SP and DSP concerned are not properly investigating the allegations against the father-in-law and rest of the family members. After arguing for sometime and having failed to convince the Court,learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
