The instant petition has been filed challenging order dated 13.3.2023 (Annexure P-11) passed by respondent No.2 - District Controller, Food Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Sangrur, District Sangrur vide which license issued to the petitioner under provisions of Punjab Targeted Public Distribution System (Licensing & Control) Order, 2016, has been suspended. 2.

Reply by way of affidavit of Shri Gurpreet Singh Kang, District Controller, Food Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Sangrur, has been filed by learned State counsel, which is taken on record.

Learned State counsel has informed that during the pendency of this petition, proceedings mandated under law were conducted and the license issued to the petitioner has ultimately been cancelled vide order dated 1.8.2023 (Annexure Pankaj Kakkar 2023.09.20 18:21 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
