The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the order dated 16.04.2024 (Annexure P-12) passed by the District Judge, Ludhiana whereby an application of the petitioner for transfer of execution application being EXE/10/2024 tilted 'Gurpreet Singh Vs. Gurdeep Singh' pending before Ms. Tejinder Preet Kaur, Civil Judge (Junior Division), Jagraon to some other Court of competent jurisdiction, was dismissed. 2.

On 29.04.2024 notice of motion was issued by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court for final disposal and in the meanwhile the Execution Court was directed to defer the proceedings.

Today, learned counsel for the respondent states that he would have no objection if the present revision petition is allowed and the execution application being EXE/10/2024 is transferred to some other Court of competent jurisdiction.

In view of the above, the instant revision petition is allowed without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case and the impugned order stands set aside. The execution application being EXE/10/2024 tilted as 'Gurpreet Singh Vs. Gurdeep Singh' pending in the Court of Ms. Tejinder Preet Kaur, Civil Judge (Junior Division), Jagraon is withdrawn from the file of that Court and is permitted to be transferred to some other Court of competent jurisdiction subject to the discretion of the District Judge concerned for entrustment thereof to the Court of competent jurisdiction for decision in accordance with law. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
