(Oral) This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No.166 dated 08.10.2017 under Sections 15/61/85 of NDPS Act, at Police Station Dirba, District Sangrur. Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated November 10, 2017, petitioner has joined investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated November 10, 2017, is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
