The instant petition is for quashing of FIR No.84 dated 20.04.2007 registered under Sections 406, 4980A, 420, 323 and 506 IPC at Police Station Naraingarh, District Ambala and the consequent proceedings arising out of the same, on the basis of written compromise (Annexure P02) arrived at between the parties. Report has been received from learned SDJM, Naraingarh after statements of the parties were recorded regarding the compromise. Learned SDJM has reported that the compromise is voluntary and without any pressure or coercion. Learned SDJM has also sent copy of the statements of parties.

Reply filed by the State today in court is taken on record. Learned counsel for the State on instructions submits that petitioners RAJ KUMAR 2016.01.21 10:06 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

No useful purpose would be served to keep the FIR pending.
