The present petition has been has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. inter alia praying for quashing of the FIR No.13 dated 30.01.2025, under Sections 281, 125(a), 324(4) BNS Act (Annexure P-1), registered at Police Station Sarabha Nagar, District Ludhiana and all other subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of the compromise dated 21.03.2025 (Annexure P-2).

On instructions from ASI Purshotam, learned State counsel has submitted that the cancellation report has already been submitted in this case.
