**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) Admittedly, the petitioner was involved in some criminal cases and after investigation, those cases have been found to be false and proceedings under Section 182 IPC have been initiated against the complainants.

On the basis of aforesaid status of the criminal cases, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks issuance of some directions to the Police that in the event of contemplation to involve the petitioner in some criminal case in future, advance notice be issued to the petitioner so as to enable him to avail his legal remedies in accordance with law.

Without meaning anything on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of in terms of guidelines formulated by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Lalita Kumari v. Govt. of U.P. (2014) 2 SCC (1).
