In pursuance of order dated 02.04.2026, alleged detenue Manpreet Kaur, wife of the petitioner, has been produced before this Court along with her father. She has stated that she is major. She has expressed her willingness to join the company of the petitioner. The father of the alleged detenue has no objection to the same.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petition may be disposed of at this stage. 3.

Ordered accordingly.
