**** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J. (ORAL) Petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in FIR No. 519 dated 28.9.2014 under Sections 354-A/354D(1)/506/34 IPC and Section 8 of the POSCO Act, registered at Police Station Camp Palwal, District Palwal.

Notice of motion was issued vide order 16.2.2015 and interim protection was granted to the petitioner, vide order dated 23.2.2015.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 23.2.2015 passed by this Court, petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for further investigation. Criminal Misc. No. M-4059 of 2015 On the other hand, learned counsel for the State, on instructions from H.C. Jaibir Singh, Police Station Camp Palwal, submits that although the petitioner has joined the investigation, yet there were serious allegations against him, because of which he is not entitled for pre-arrest bail. He prays for dismissal of the petition. Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and after careful perusal of record of the case, this Court is of the considered opinion that since the petitioner has joined the investigation in compliance of the abovesaid order dated 23.2.2015 passed by this Court, he is no more required for custodial interrogation, because nothing is to be recovered from the petitioner. In view of the above, present petition is allowed and order dated 23.2.2015 is hereby made absolute, however, subject to conditions envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. Disposed of, accordingly.
