On 02.02.2024, this Court proposed to appoint Smt. Sunita Sharma, retired District & Sessions Judge, as an Arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes and differences between the parties and her declaration was sought under Section 12(5) of the Act of 1996 which has been received. Accordingly, the order dated 02.02.2024 passed by this Court is made absolute.

In view of the aforesaid position, Smt. Sunita Sharma, retired District & Sessions Judge, is appointed as Arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes and differences between the parties 4.

Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
