(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for quashing order dated 02.06.2010 (Annexure P-6) of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Phillaur, declaring the petitioner proclaimed offender in case FIR No.27 dated 21.04.1997 registered under Sections 326, 324, 323 and 34 IPC at Police Station Goraya, District Jalandhar.

Producing order dated 28.09.2018 of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Phillaur, learned counsel for the petitioner contends that pursuant to direction of this Court vide order dated 20.08.2018, petitioner had surrendered and has been enlarged on bail by the trial Court. Next date for hearing arguments is 17.11.2018.
