**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) This is a petition by the petitioner seeking directions to respondents No. 2 and 3 to properly investigate the case and submit final report.

Mr. Ranjit Singh, Advocate puts in appearance on behalf of respondent No. 4 and has filed the power of attorney. Counsel for respondent No. 4 submits that this petition has become infructuous as investigation is over and challan was presented and respondent No. 4 was arrested.

State counsel confirms that challan has been presented and charge has been framed.

In view of the above, no directions are required to be given. The petition is disposed of as infructuous.
