State counsel on instructions from ASI Ramesh Kumar submits that a cancellation report has been filed before the concerned Court on 19.01.2023, as such, the present petition has been rendered infrucutous. Given above, the present petition stands disposed of having been rendered infructuous. It is clarified that in case, the concerned Court is willing to accept the cancellation report then the trial Court give ample opportunities to the aggrieved party and also an opportunity to file a protest petition in this regard.
