  This application has been filed by the petitioner for adding the offences under Sections 318 and 201 IPC, which were added later on.

Learned counsel for the applicant,petitioners states that Sections 318 and 201 IPC have been added later on at the time of final report under Section 173 Cr.P.C.

For reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed.


 

   The petitioners are seeking regular bail in FIR No.03 dated 01.01.2016, registered under Sections 420, 312, 315 & 120,B IPC and Section 4 of Medical Termination of Pregnancy Act, 1971 RAJ KUMAR 2016.04.01 16:52 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Heard.

The investigation stage is over and challan has been filed. The trial will take time to conclude. The main allegations are against Amrit Chhabra.

Without commenting upon the merits of the case, the petition is allowed and the petitioners are directed to be released on regular bail on execution of adequate personal and surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court/Duty Magistrate, Sangrur.
