ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) The petitioners pray for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.317 dated 18.08.2017 registered under Sections 148, 149, 323, 342 and 506 IPC (Section 365 IPC added later) at Police Station City Tohana, District Fatehabad.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that in pursuance to the order dated 31.10.2017, the petitioners have already appeared before the Investigating Officer and joined the investigation. Counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Kheta Ram, has not disputed the factual position and states that the petitioners are not required for any further investigation. In view of the above, the petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioners vide order dated 31.10.2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
