The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.406 dated 08.12.2021 registered under Section 15(2) of Indian Medical Council Act, Section 18 A and 18(C) of Drugs and Cosmetics Act, Section 22 of NDPS Act and Sections 336 and 420 IPC at Police Station Punhana, District Nuh.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel on instructions submits that the petitioner is ready to surrender before the trial Court and prays that his bail application be directed to be decided within a time bound manner.

In view of the prayer made, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, present petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned trial Court that in case the petitioner surrenders on or before 31.07.2023 and files an application for grant of bail, the same be decided expeditiously in accordance with law.
