       The only prayer made by the petitioner in this petition is for issuance of a direction to the respondent-authorities to consider and take a decision on the petitioner's representation and legal notice (Annexures P-2 & P-3) wherein it has been alleged that the petitioner has been black-listed without issuing any notice and affording any proper opportunity of hearing.

Learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent-State of Haryana, on advance copy, submits that the aforesaid legal notice served upon by the petitioner would be considered and decided by the authorities expeditiously in accordance with law by passing a reasoned order and thereafter communicated to the petitioner. In view of the statement made by learned Additional Advocate General, Haryana and taking the same on record, the petition stands disposed of. It is, however, made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the authorities would be at liberty to examine the matter and take a decision thereon expeditiously in accordance with law, as stated before this Court.
